i want to apply visitor visa online this time but i have two refusals before and this time i want to apply with my wife. i have invitation letter from my sister.but the problem is biometric i have my biometric already but my wife dont have biometric and in india vfs offices are closed so when i apply online can my result come first or after my wife biometric

some agents told me to apply with wife this time.refused reason is travel history, family ties in canada and home country,personal assets or financial status

Each person has their own file, uci number and application. If you apply online, then your file and her file will not be together but the officer will notice it as you Will give the family information with your online application. So your application will be on the line for review as you dont need biometrics but your wife application should wait for VFS to do her biometrics. If you both apply on paper (which canada wont accept it as if now) you still have two application but VFS will submit both application together in one file, as a family but still the decision will be two. Some time both approved, sometimes just one, and sometimes non. Good luck.
If you want to bring her with you that lessens your family ties in your home country, though. In light of your previous refusals you really need to think about how you will address these issues.
Would add that you don’t qualify to travel at the moment due to the travel restrictions. How recently were the 2 refusals? Have you ordered the GCMS notes so you know why you were refused so that you can address the exact reasons for the refusals. Applying frequently makes you seem desperate to come to visit Canada. The fact that you overstayed your UK visa for 2 years and kept the UK in 2016 will likely be one of the reasons you keep on being denied. Not respecting the immigration rules of another country creates concerns that you will do the same thing in Canada.

I think your are misleading people on this forum with your wrong advices. Who told you that someone can hide immigration history other than US? Are you an immigration consultant or do you work Canadian Immigration?
GCMS notes are being received in 30 days sometimes even earlier these days. Canada is part of the 5 Eyes so hiding information from there UK is a very bad idea. You can be denied due to lack of travel history when trying to visit your family.
There is name and biographical sharing with the 5 Eyes countries and it does show up in GCMS notes. I am confident that @canuck78 and I have read more GCMS notes than you can imagine. There's even a special acronym that the GCMS notes use to refer to 5 Eyes biographical sharing that uses an old name for the 5 Eyes countries.
There have been recent posts where people have receuved GCMS in 3 weeks so 30 days for GCMS. 3 months is not correct.
You need to postpone your trip to Canada until you save more money in your bank.
