During applying time I was in USA because I reside in USA as a student. since the approval delayed for 45 days I decided to visit my family in Kuwait. during my presence in Kuwait I received the approved online visitor visa and they asked me to provide my passport. My question is can I send my passport to the VAC with Priority Express Airway mail from Kuwait or I have to go back to USA and send my passport from there only?

I submitted an online application for visitor visa on July 14th and have not hear back from them at all. I got a couple emails notifying me about updates, there nothing was changed when I logged into my account. I have a trip arranged on Aug 14th and really worried right. Anyone has any ideas what should I do now? Thanks a ton for any help!
Yes, I did send them messages a couple times, but never got any reply. 
Also, just in case, for the passport stamping, can I bring it to the VAC myself to shorten the process? or I have to mail it to VAC, and wait for them to mail to embassy to stamp it and then mail back?

I have been admitted for a french language and culture course at McGill University in Quebec city for January 2017. I have fully paid for my course and also paid fully for off campus accommodation.
I am 23 years and hold an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management and a flight attendant certificate, I want to work as a flight attendant or Restaurant supervisor or manager in a big hotel that is why i want to learn the french language which will give me an advantage.

I am in the same situation. My mother applied for Visitor Visa online and it got approved. She cannot submit passport in person and there is not enough information on VAC website on submitting passport via mail.
