Appointments are not available in bramapton as well in Toronto for OCI upto Feb end but are available For Indian VISA. Does it matter which category I booked appointment in?

Many people in past have use other category appointment to get it. What matters is the appointment not the type based on past experiences shared in the forum.

I was checking for the dates to book for OCI appointment at BLS in advance.
I have my oath in early next month. So while booking appointment , I select OCI from the dropdown and there is a section to fill in the passport number. Here we should give Indian passport or Canadian passport number ?. I don’t have my Canadian passport yet. I only have indian passport.
Also I don’t see any date available for OCI appointment, any alternate we can follow.

Canadian Passport + SC is still there for you. I think you can wait for your Canadian passport or try getting an appointment with Indian one. Always can act ignorant that you didn't know that you had to take one with Canadian passport with the security guy.
yes true, i think I should wait, as i already have one appointment booked with my indian passport number and in the dropdown "passport". for my surrender certificate appointment.
the site wont allow another appointment with same passport number and again same category i.e. passport from dropdown , I checked.
