Applying without COPR

Hi,

Has any one applied without a COPR? I have lost mine and will be applyingfor a copy/VOS .

The application guide does say to give an explanation if any of the required documents are not available.

I am thinking of before the c-6 gets implemented and include a letter to say, I have lost the COPR and have applied for a replacement/VOS..

Apply for the document ASAP and include letter and proof of application(such as fees receipt#, date application received at CIC etc) in the application.
Hopefully CIC will accept it.

I got the VOS in email (PDF format) . That was quick in less than 20 days !!
