Reasons: Financial was not sufficient + Inconsistent purpose. I mean her husband + me and my siblings have a visa and we have been traveling back in forth. I thought that would help. The brother and her have been living separately for 30 years. In addition to that, my mom have 7 siblings and 6 of them are living in our home country
So all her children are under 22? If not your travel is not relevant to her file. Her siblings are not ties to return either. Did she order GCMS notes for each refusal? Brother claiming asylum doesn’t help her at all if she mentions it. How much in funds will she show because IRCC wants to see a lot more cash in the bank than in before 2023.

Inconsistent purpose doesn’t necessarily mean having a job. How long is her trip? Cash in the bank? Travel history? Reasons to travel?

Only one of us is under 22. Given your advice, we will not mention the brother’s case. The only thing that we will have to say is where the brother is living now in the immf5645. We ordered the notes and only saw the reasons mentioned above.

The trip will be from July 25 to August 2nd. In the bank she has 50k and my dad has on his own around 70k. My mom used to travel to the US. Reason is for tourism.

Inconsistent purpose could mean what? It’s such a big reason with no real context.

In the new application, her budget will be between 7k to 8k

If she should order GCMS/ATIP notes for each refusal to read officers notes for inconsistent purpose. Should order them now.

I do have the GCMS note, they only said
I have considered the following factors in my decision.
The applicant's assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for themselves (and any accompanying family members), if applicable).
The purpose of the applicant's visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details provided in the application.
Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

the person reviewing the application did not mention anything else.

Should we give up on the application for now? Or should we send it and see what happens?

She hasn’t even been in her job of a year, and that was not a reason for refusal. Her decision to reapply and address all the changes compared to past applications. She has two refusals so doesn’t want another.

What country is she from and what was the reason for travel for both applications and length of proposed visit? What was the grounds for asylum for the brother and his family?

Tourism, always 7 days… I am not sure what grounds he used. I will ask…Tbh when my siblings and my dad were applying we all used the same purpose of travel (Tourism) and 7 days as the length.

We really do not want a third refusal and I am mainly worried about her brother’s asylum case.

Are the grounds for asylum extremely specific to his family? What is your mother’s country of citizenship? Does she also reside in that country? Your mother not having a TRV likely provided a tie for your father and any dependent children. What did you do in Canada on your previous travels?
