Applying to SINP after submitting OINP application, is it OK?

I don't think so. Anyhow you are given an option to accept or refuse the nomination, so it should be no problem.

I have submitted OINP EE application on November 20..(haven't got AOR)

Looks like SINP EE opened again. is there any problem if I apply for 2 PNPs at same time and later I accept one..??
The reason is I don't want to miss any chance..
If I do so, should I notify OINP to explain the same..(because I mentioned in OINP form that I did not apply any othe PNP programme)

Please guide me..

Absolutely no problem whatsoever, however, you have to declare to SINP that you already applied to OINP.

Nothing wrong there. However, note that you can have only 1 pending nomination in MyCIC.
So if SINP nominates your first (and they are processing fast), you have to accept/decline before OINP can nominate you in the system

When I received PT from Ontario I planned to apply to Saskatchewan and Ontario. First I contacted both provinces and asked if it is not prohibited. Both confirmed that it's ok. After having received the nomination you must decide, which nomination you accept.
