Does have a home or just land? Still a tie but not as good as owning the home she lives in. These are the types of things you need to highlight in terms of strong ties.
No,she owns a costly apartment in a respectable society .

I am writing an invitation letter and content that I have written regarding her ties and going back to home country are :

Through this letter I assure you that my mother will return back to her country after her stay. I will provide the following facts and proofs to support my claim.

-My sister , who is independent , but currently lives in Pakistan with my mother.

-Some of my mother’s brother and sister lives in Pakistan and she enjoys a good social circle from her previous work.

-My mother currently lives in her maternal home where two of her brothers are also living.

-She has a very clean travel history. As visible in her travel history , she has made multiple trips to USA in the past and due to her clean travel history record she was granted the second multiple entry US visa.

-She has travelled to Abu Dhabi and Saudia Arabia and returned back to the home country by respecting the guideline set by concerned visa authorities.

-Her strong financial position in the home country. In the form of property and bank balance. Proofs attached.

-She enjoys life time medical coverage from her previous employer as part of her retirement plan.

-She has always abide the law and has always respected the immigration rules and regulations during her travel.

-She cannot stay longer in Canada as otherwise she will not able to receive her pension payment as that requires her own physical presence on her previous employer site for it to be released.

-As mentioned above she enjoy full unconditional medical benefits by her last employer a very important factor in old age and is also something which she clearly can’t enjoy by staying in Canada.

-She also has some investment (documents attached) , it requires her physical presence on site to collect the quarterly profit.

Can you kindly check the above content and give your valuable advice?

Your sister has received PR so mentioning that your mother currently lives with your sister isn’t a very strong proof because your sister must relocate to Canada. Will she return andlive alone or move in with family.?

She will return and live with her brothers. My sister is not moving to Canada as she did her soft landing but will relocate in a year or 2. I have not mentioned my sister's PR anywhere in the application or in my PR application when I applied this year. I never claimed points for her as she is PR but not a resident. They can for sure figure out and there is no issue.
