In regards to sufficient fund, I am sending my assessment of income which I received from my last year tax submission. My earning is matching with the income mentioned in the CIC website (for 5 people). I am taking health care coverage for her and going to submit that too. Do I need to submit more information on this like bank statements?

Also, to prove my mother ties to her home country, is it essentials to show any assets like land / House? She does not have any assessments like house or land. Is this affect her eligibility? She is a widow and her daughter (my sister) is living in India and my mother frequently visits to India (once in year and stays for 4 months)..
