Applying Study Permit from Saudi Arabia - Tips & advice

Good day ,

I am a Saudi Resident "Indian National"

Born and living ever since in Saudi Arabia aged 23 .

I have few questions :-

1. While applying , what to mention in resident status in Saudi ? I am on employment now , permanent resident should be selected ??
2. Date of expiry of residency ? Do we have to enter the new five year expiry date of Residence Identity "Muqeem" ?
3. What about exit - re-entry visa ? Do we have to issue exit re-entry while applying for Canada Visa ?
4. Online application , how does it go ? After submitting online , do we have to send passport to VFS ? When ?
5. I have a good travel history , around 90-100 stamps of 7-8 countries in my current passport . Does it help ? Where do we have to mention travel history ?
6. I am going for a vocational "Pilot Training Program" , I finished my 12th grade in 2012 , so a gap of 4 years , I have been employed since , what to mention regarding my gap ? Can I just say I was preparing to get myself funded ?
7. My vocational program is of 9 months , so will Immigration Canada , give me a Multiple Entry Visa ? Could I request them to give me a multiple one ? Last thing I heard , all applications are given Multiple automatically .
8. I applied for a Singapore "Tourist Visa" this year , was rejected , do I need to tell them about this in visa refusals ?
9. I am planning to go to Canada in Feb 2017 , so if I apply my visa now , would there be a problem if I leave in Feb 2017 ? Is there a time limit to be in Canada once visa issued ? Reason to travel in Feb , Winnipeg is so cold in November to January .
10. To support ties with home country "India" , can we show them that my mother has 3-4 properties in her name ? What type of document is required ? Should it be attested ?
11. Regarding my family , my brother and sister live in Saudi and so does mom , could I attach their residency permits to show that I have a family here in Saudi and I will return after end of my studies ?
12. My employer will also produce a letter that I'm gonna finish my studies and return back to Saudi to work , does it help to make my application strong ?
13. SOP necessary? If yes , send me samples on captainarabiia@gmail.com and tariqkh_7@hotmail.com


Any other tips of advise is really appreciated .

Have you applied for a study permit before? If yes, How long did it take to get it approved? I applied on June 24 and it's processing in Riyadh since June 28. No updates till now. No interview. No medicals. Classes begin on September 7 and Im getting worried

Yes applied but refused... I did paper application...almost 4 weeks.... Will apply again later...

That's quite long , 2 months passed already .
Isn't it 4 weeks for Riyadh ?

Perhaps contact CIC and inquire .

Processing time was 5 weeks but it changed to 6 weeks recently.
I already sent a case specific enquiry on August 8 but they didn't reply till now
Does anyone know if it's normal not to ask for medicals, police checks, or interview? Is that a good sign or a bad one? :-[

Bro your passport was dispatched right , so what happened ?

I reapplied on on 9-Aug-2016 online now lets see what they say now.

Is it necessary to prove I will return to Saudi Arabia? What if I leave the job and go back home country on final exit visa?

Does that make my application weaker?
