Applying on conditional offer.

Here's my case:
I will apply for Canadian Universities based on my 7th semester result in later part of 2016.Now lets say I'm accepted to a Canadian university and receive a CONDITIONAL Letter of Acceptance stating to show my final transcripts (which I will receive in July 2017),so should I apply for Canadian visa after I receive my final transcripts in July 2017 or will it be fine to apply before I receive my final official transcripts?

Its fine you can apply to visa with the conditional offer.

You need to complete all the conditions before you apply for the visa. Like if your condition is a final transcript, you must attach the final transcript with the conditional offer letter and explain it in the Cover Letter during visa.

@KB3 i applied last month woth conditional offer exactly like this situation and got accepted.

Its always better to seek information from CIC website or give them a call

Thanks for responding to my post.
I'm actually worried about my visa process.What majority of people in this forum are saying that you should attached the documents with your conditional offer showing that you fulfilled your conditions.But if I wait for my final transcripts to arrive , I wouldn't be able to join for FALL semester.You said your case was exactly like me,can you please tell me what was your case exactly.
