If you have mentioned about your work ex in the Student Questionnaire Form and as well as SOP, I believe that should be adequate.

DO we have to the marksheets or for that matter anything else notarized other than affidavit of sponsorship ?

can we just submit the xerox copies ? if we have to get them notarized , i have work exp, do we have to get work exp certificates also notarized ?

you have to submit all notarized mark sheets and work exp certificate.

It is always better to show your property value (though it is not mandatory) by submitting a CA certificate. You don't have to give them the property docs. It will prove your home ties are strong.

SOP format is okay, but in the body you explain the importance of the course etc are etc what members have kept on suggesting. Though, your work exp details are not mandatory, you may still write a line or two about how dedicated you were there.

I think, the decision very much depends on how to present yourself (the only way is SOP) to the VO.

The whole idea is, even though many things are not mandatory, if they add weightage to the visa application, please go ahead and add. All we want is the end result - visa.

Good luck to you.
