The fact that your visa being rejected in saudia has nothing to do with you being associated with terrorism its more to do with home ties.
I am a Indian national lived in Dubai all my life but again i am just on IQAMA like all my pakistani and iNdian brothers in Saudia. So this is how the VO looks at it...Will he return back to Pakistan or INdia? they dont care how long you lived in Saudi cos its still not your home no matter how long u stayed there..

MY advice would be take a fight to Pakistan and apply from there..show your home ties with Pakistan not SAUDIA...
