1- how much time did it take to issue the visa? it's written on site that it's 21 days
2- do they usually ask for medical for study permit?

applied through alfifa - jeddah on 5th of May, received sms (proccessing ur application on 12th), still waiting

i recommend you apply through aramex instead Alfifa, they wasted 1 whole week just to get the application to the embassy. that if you know you paper really well and don't need someone to revise them for you
