I am a Canadian citZen born in Canada married to a wife who has a Syrian passport for the past 7 years and we have two kids both with Canadian passports , my wife has obtained a visit visa and we are planning to visit next week. Is it possible to apply for a PR for my wife or sponsorship or for a passport ? As I am planning to reside my family in Canada buy a house , place the kids in school and head back to dubai to continue working ? What is the process to do this and can't it be done ?

Well I am currently living in Dubai with my wife and kids and we are planning to visit Canada and I plan to apply for sponsorship while we visit Canada . Is that possible ? Once I apply inland to sponsor her , can I go back to dubai and work there while she resides there?

No if u apply inland, both of u are expected to remain in Canada during the 2 yrs it will take for them to process her app. Also as the sponsor, ur supposed to demonstrate that you plan on living in Canada permanently. So if u havent shown that ur planning on quitting ur Dubai job and leaving Dubai behind, before u apply, u might be refusedReddude19 said:
