Hi,

I just submitted my 2nd application and received the confirmation letter that has a number and with red text it says that If i am mentioning this application I should include this number... (this reminded me that I need to include the number... sadly it was after i submitted the application).

I mentioned my first application in the Letter of Explanation as "My 1st application". - But i forgot to include the number of the application I am referring to.

Should I file CSE for such a thing and provide a newly updated LOE with the number included where I mention the 1st application? (It seems very small thing to me but it really bugs me now)
Thoughts?

Thank you in advance!

No worries, just provide another cse with the information you missed earlier. It will get appended to case log

I haven't submitted CSE before though.

How does this works - do the CSE gets on time? I apply under the Global Talent Stream (2-3 weeks processing time)

edit: does submitting a CSE delays the application?

I also read this on cic website:
Don’t mail us changes for your contact or application information. If you do, we won’t acknowledge your request and we won’t update your application. This could lead to a delay in processing your application.

I guess my question falls under changes on my application information? Is it a good idea to raise a CSE for this?

You are providing a missing information that you should have ideally provided in the submission itself
