physiologist or Psychologist ? That will be enough for them.
Unless he got better and his autism is gone ( Which I don't believe it's true ) you should do another assessment but I don't think you need to.
Every province different rules, My son for example is recognized by the province which funds the treatments and the government recognized since he is getting DTC so all of the Canadian system knows he is autistic.
I provided the ABA and daycare couple of weeks ago to see if it will speed up their decision.

Can we file/claim Disability Tax Credit (DTC) even though we are not PR yet? My daughter is not receiving any treatments as she's not required by her school nor we are not claiming any DTC since we came here in 2018. I'm under PGWP and in the process of provincial nomination. Thank you.

Yes you can, When you apply for DTC you will be asked to go to sign your pediatrician with the medical issue that your daughter have.
I did that for my son and we were approved for DTC.

As far as I know yes but the waiting time from reviewing the medicals with autism until passing takes like a year..

Hi , My kid is having mild Autism and I had applied for Autism Ontario program . It's said that a fund of 20000 CAD would be available for availing the therapy sessions . Does in this case would my PR application be rejected ? I have just received an ITA . Any suggestions would help me out . Thanks in advance

No it will not be a problem,
For autism treatments like behavior consultant, occupational therapist etc... are excluded in the cost so you don’t need to worry.
Only thing to worry about is the waiting time until the will review and pass your medical.
