Applying for Permanent Residence and Criminal Rehabilitation at the same time?

Hi,

My question is this: Does anyone know if it's possible to apply for Permanent Residence under the Experience Canada Class and Criminal Rehabilitation at the same time?

I have a deferred judgment on my record from 13 years ago that I thought was erased. I've got all the documents to apply for Rehabilitation but time is running out on my current visa. I'm hoping to apply for both at the same time so that I can extend my current visa which expires this June.
