Applying for new Work Permit with dependent Visa

Hi,

My Friend received positive LMIA and job offer from Canada Employer. She is going to apply for Work permit.
she wants to apply for dependent Visa for her husband and new born baby.

Can her new born baby and her husband travel along with her. Will they get dependent visa along with her work permit.

Please provide your valuable suggestion.
