!! Urgent!! Work Visa with dependent who has a visitor visa refusal in past

Hello dear members, need your suggestion.
I applied for a visitor visa in April which was rejected on 10th May. Now my wife's company is applying for her work Visa. My question is :
  1. Will it cause any issue with her work visa application if she applies for a dependent visa for me with her work visa application?
  2. If she applies without a dependent, then also will my visitor visa rejection cause any problems for her work visa as she has to provide my details in one form (My name, address, DOB)?
  3. Should we wait for 6 months and then apply for a work visa and dependent visa together?
Your help is really appreciated.

  3. Should we wait for 6 months and then apply for a work visa and dependent visa together? Wait for what? And apply for whom? Either ways this is not required
