Hi Guys,

I have already applied for Skilled Worker -Category1 with my Wife as Principal Aplicant. She is health professional.

I am also thinking to apply for Alberta-H1B Category with ME as Principal Applicant.

Now, question is, what can happen in this scenario -

a) Is it possible that my both applications go through or they conisider only one application out of these?
b) In case only one application is considered, will they refund the application FEES for it?

I am not sure what happens when you apply in multiple categories? And I even dont know if it would be wise to apply for Alberta-H1B while I have already applied under federal skilled worker class. Would the Alberta-H1B would be any faster than Skilled Worker Class? Would I just end up paying double fees for same results?

Please Help!

Alberta H1B if approved would be faster.

you can do multiple application and will have to pay multiple times.

In the end they may ask you to withdraw one application when the other one is close to getting approved in CIC.

Not sure about refund.

So..it doesnt matter if you were Dependent on ONE application and Principal in Another - They will still able to find it out.... Its actually good thing.
