By saying that Medical can be done from anywhere around the World...Do you guys mean that they need to update their new location with CIC and then can have their medical from their new residence country....Or they even dont need to update their location...and can just go to any approved doctor...

Number of family members in the application = Number of people that will accompany you I think you confused between both terms...if you would explain your particular scenario how you are counting both terms ..folks here can help you better.

I think in their medical letter they are asked to send their updated file....they can include the child in the updated file (?) I am not sure how long they take to respond to fax...Is their any link on canadian website which explain how to update about new born family members?

All majo Banks do it...I just did it via Bank fo America...Chase also does it. They will send Bank Draft overnight to your home.

So..it doesnt matter if you were Dependent on ONE application and Principal in Another - They will still able to find it out.... Its actually good thing.
