Hello, every one,

I am a graduate student living in Canada and planning to apply for FSW, while my spouse is already PR. (We were not married when she got her PR)

My question is that:

(1) Should I include her as my dependent?

(2) Will I get any point regarding my wife education, language, work experience? or in other words, should I put her education, language, and work experience in the schedule 3 form?

Thanks a lot,

if your spouse is a pr or canadian citizen then you don't need to include her in your application.
do you know that your spouse can sponsor your for permanent residence under the spousal sponsorship in the family class?its much easier then applying through an economic category like FSW and the outcome will be positive for sure as long as you are not inadmissible to canada under(security, criminality, medical).
good luck
