Hi,

I am international student in a university in Quebec and have been living here for 1 year. I was wondering that according to the new ferderal skilled worker immigration rules

http://www.canadavisa.com/new-instructions-federal-skilled-worker-applications.html

can I apply directly for the Federal immigration or do I have to apply for the Quebec immigration for CSQ and then for PR.

Which one is faster and which one applies in this case.

Thanks

Better call the Quebec immigration in Montreal and the immigration canada, then compare their responses.

You should apply to the Immigration of the Nation you are staying in which is Quebec,Canada does not control the Immigration of the Quebec nation. It does for Canada,But Quebec is to quote PM Harper a NATION within a United canada
