Ok. Here is a link to start you off, but Scylla has given you good advice already. Those who have been around this Forum have learned how quickly the popular NOC categories fill. It is expensive to put together an application, not to mention time consuming. Have you already had your education credentials evaluated by the approved authorities? Taken an IELTS test for English proficiency that is less than two years old? Obtained education documents from the Ed institutions in sealed envelopes? Obtained reference letters from past employers fully documenting your duties, salary and duration and hours of service?
Once the NOC is filled for this year, the next option is to get a job offer. A challenge and the employer has to prove they were unable to fill the position locally. They get approval with an LMO ( labour market opinion). Then you apply for a work permit/temporary resident visa. In order to get that you must have strong ties to India like property, well paying permanent job, spouse and children, etc. Lots of steps. Ask your consultant for all the options available to you. Good luck.
