She will not leave after short visit, she will stay here as long as i am here. we are applying for more than 6 month,
I am fully aware that she won't leave after a short visit. And, if I am aware of this fact then surely a visa officer would realize this too.

IMO, you're risking another TRV refusal. Sorry to say this: Your employer has little or no knowledge about the TRV or SOWP process and criteria.

To reiterate:
Red Flag #1:
Your employer applying as your wife's authorized rep (like I mentioned earlier). Your wife is not hired by your employer. And, generally, employers do not file TRV/visitor visa applications.

Red Flag #2:
Applying for a TRV for a visit of more than 6 months = Definite intent to overstay her visit/not a typical visitor.

A TRV application is to be made for less than 6 months

To make myself correct, my employer is not filing TRV but they assisting filing TRV because i am the direct employee, filing would be made at VFS india in Paper, and we are asked to fill IMM5257E and all supporting doc such as my lease paper, salary slips, invitation letter......etc

@Bryanna I did try determining the eligibility online in CIC canada website, and i found the below-

"
Visitor visa - over 6 months
You are eligible to apply for a visitor visa to travel to Canada.

A visitor visa costs $100 CAD. It permits travel to Canada by air, car, bus, train or boat and is valid for up to 10 years. Processing times vary, depending on the number of applications currently being processed.

@Bryanna --> Well, i must thank you for giving me honest feedback. I am really worried about canada dependent restrictions, in US they have H4 visa for dependents and i feel like that is quite simpler and easier than Canada. Why would a dependent continue to stay when his/her partner isn't with them, wouldn't he/she be staying in canada as long as his/her partner is in canada . Their visa validity are tied with the partner validity.
You know i stayed in USA for 3 and half year and i did choose canada over US and now i started to having a different feeling.

While an SOWP is a dependent visa for the accompanying spouse.... for a TRV, the accompanying spouse cannot ask to stay for the entire duration of the WP. These are two different visa scenarios.

With uncertainty and changes in the visa norms in the US, IMO, you've chosen wisely by choosing Canada :)

@Bryanna - I have a doubt on SOWP , its an open work permit for spouse, Does it really matters of their educational qualification, My wife is an MBA but what about wives who is just high school passed, would those be qualified for SOWP?
