APPLYING BY MYSELF?

Hey. Few things about me before I start, got 7 bands overall(no less than 6.0) and around 83% (12th grade).
Anyhow,I live in Greece, I am a Greek citizen and from what I know there aren't any agents,consultants out here,for Canada that is (from what I know at least) hence the title.
I will start my application(college) in about a week and when I get my offer letter I'll start the visa process,the thing however is that I will do it all by myself. So, I was wondering if anybody could help me get through the whole process? I would appreciate it a lot. I was also wondering if my chances get any lower if I do all the process by myself.

P.S I am trying to apply in Niagara college (its located around Niagara falls) for winter 2017.
EDIT: I just realized that niagara college is under spp and a post I saw said that it was only for indian students? Is that true? Plus,what's the whole process under spp?

I will just give you my personal advice
When it comes to Canada ..It's better to do everything by yourself
1-Take your time doing all researches start with CIC website and educanada(.)ca take a month collecting information about every little details
2-Make sure you have valid reason about going back home (family and country ties)
