You have an approved LMIA with your job offer? Why would you not apply before entering as processing may be faster depending on where you live?

But why not apply from outside Canada since it is online? Processing may be faster. Since you have LMIA exemption number, you can apply from within Canada if you want. Just make sure you have funds to live because processing can take several months.

No. Language tests are only valid for 2 years.

Thank you for answering. If my work permit is not approved can I still travel to Canada with my visitor visa? Also if it is approved will my TRV will be still valid?
