I have Canadian immigration but am staying outside Canada. I got married 6 months ago and I want to move to Canada with my wife (who doesnt have Canadian immigration). Can I apply for my wifes immigration in Family class when I am not living in Canada?
What are other possible choices to move together to Canada?

If you are not a Canadian citizen, you have to reside in Canada to sponsor her. The only other choice is she is able to obtain a Visitor visa and you do an in=canada sponsorship.

You should not apply for a Visitor Visa for your wife... CIC (immigration Canada) will definetly refuse it based on the uncertainty of your wife staying once she has arrived. You would probably be better off if you applied for a Open Work Permit or Study Permit for your wife depending on her education level and basic qualifications. This would probably be a better route because then if your wife is approved she may stay as long as she wants while the in-Canada sponsorship is in process. You cannot sponsor while living overseas if you are a PR, ONLY Canadian Citizens may sponsor from overseas.

Best of luck.

There is no basis for an Open Work Permit if you're married to a Canadian PR.
