Apply for Citizenship need my child education Certificate

Dear All,
im applying for Citizenship as i'm already 3 years in Canada, one of paper request is to submit the education for Minor ( Child ). he is Grade 6 .
I have one child from my ex-marriage and i declared him in my immigration papers as '' NON-Accompanying '' as he stayed with his mother in home country . so when i come to Canada as Permanent resident, he is not with me.
Non how can i get his schools transcript certificate ? and i know i'm not able to get it as his mother refused that , what can i do?
Or this requirement only applied to the child who has PR in Canada?

I really don't know what to do. The worst case scenario is that your app get a refusal but you can always translate your documents by a authorized lawyer and get a certification for the transcripts in your home country.
