I wonder if anyone have any experience with this? I see this is a option on Cic website..
Heres my criteria.
Currently on implied status living in canada, i think i will get work permit within a couple weeks or so. have applied for perminate residence from inside canada. also believe first stage approval should be very soon.
Only problem is im from thailand, and thailand law will require me to return to thailand in april. even though im not sapose to leave because i have applied inland 1.5 years ago.... but the process was very slow..
ive not seen anyone on inland say this is possible but am i missing something? wouldnt a open work permit make me a legally admitted foreign worker ? or eligible for applying for a visa to return to canada?? (inside of canada)
I realise if i went this route i could still be denied at the border.. but unfortunately i have no other option, and no OUTLAND app is not an option either.. 3 years wait.. also applying for a vistor visa inside thailand once i go there is also too risky as they are super strict there..
when i do the checklist it shows outland form, which makes me worried im not eligible but i dont understand why (and i put work perminate even though i dont have it yet as i wont apply until i get it)
