I apply my study permit on 3 of July ,submitted my medical report on 30 of July and upto know I didn't receive any update from the embassy

It didn't show even medical passed but I was waiting for almost 5 months

Did medicals on 13th of December,”medicals passed “ on 15th of December
Eligibility is in review
Background is in progress
upto now I haven’t received any update...any advice please
