Once again, The IRCC gave this information to a news website (CIC News) on June 9th, when the suspension was renewed

Yes, we know the suspension was renewed until June 30th. I am highly anticipated not means suspend our applications.
And i had just got the news that IRCC had decided to re-open VAC offices located in 10 cities of China. I hope that means everything restore normal so that we can get the final decision faster.
