APPLIED FOR TRV from lahore THROUGH VFS

Hi, i applied for my mothers TRV on july 4th, 2 months ago on a PAPER-BASED APPLICATION. it is september 8, still no update on her appliction process since the first email i received which is super odd. she has visited here twice in the past ... thats all her international travel history revolved around in the last 10 years. i checked the online tracking a few times still, but it always says the same thing... under process at the irrcc canada office, islamabad.

submitted application (with bimetrics): july 4th

1st update july 8th: email provided that the application is received and here is ur tracking code....

nothing sice... its september 8th...

its a TRV.... SO Im super bumbed out... cuz summer is over now too...

If you follow the other threads TRV processing is really delayed due to the influx of applications
You should have resorted to applying ONLINE because it is faster that via paper.
Based on estimate here it is 57 days

Again above is just an estimate. In Pakistan all paper applications from Lahore and Karachi are sent to VFS Islamabad then they send it to the Canadian Embassy in Islamabad. Once there is a decision it goes back to VFS Islamabad then sent back to VFS in Lahore and Karachi. The time it takes to send the application/result from Embassy to the VFS is not included in the processing time

Than rely on VFS, if you link you'll right away see the result is visa is approved or not.

I have linked it... but its been more than 2 months... it doesm't really say anything online on cgkey either... just says being processed augh

Hi, since the TRV processing time for your country is over already so you can submit web inquiry form with the Subject in capital letter... URGENT. Am sure you will receive a prompt response
