no one nos the exact time for the processing cos it depends on ur visa office, if ur lucky ur application is transfered to London VO within 5 monts u get ur visa, but any other visa office, u should be prepared to wait for 1 year, i knew all dis based on what i read here

Hello experts,

Below are my details.

Applied on : 24 Sep 15
Nominated by Province : SINP OID(NOC 2174)
Nomination Date : 27 May 16 (Yehhhuu....) :D

My query is what to do next.
1) Do I need to update CIC Express Entry profile by declaring that I am nominated by SINP ? Or SINP will directly inform CIC about my nomination?
2) We are expecting a baby after a month, Now Do I need to inform SINP or CIC about this right away or wait for baby's born ? And what kind of procedure I need to do to get my baby with us in Canada ?
3) They told : Review CIC’s Provincial Nominees: How to apply-Application kit cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp
However, I am getting confused about this KIT. I don't know how to use it. Which documents I need to submit by courier to CIC ?Is it the same which I have submitted to SINP ?

Please guide me.

Thank you.

Hi appypatel

First of all congratulations for your nomination.
1. As you are an SINP OID nominee, so you can't submit your PR application to IRCC through Express entry. You have to prepare your paper based application according to SINP guidelines and submit that to Centralized Intake Office, Nova Scotia. There is detail of each step and documents need to attach with your application in the letter provided with nomination letter under the subject what to do after nomination.
2. You need to provide any change in your current status or family members to SINP. I don't think so u need to tell right now, you should inform them after baby delivers.
3. Plz review the what to do next and IRCC application kit, in that kit there is is a checklist and you need to gather all the documents according to that checklist.

Hope it will help. Best of luck.
