Applied for Canada Work Permit though my company. What's next??

Hi all,

I also applied for Canada Work permit (Intra Company Transfer) on 4th March 2013. And my application was received at Canada High Commission office in New Delhi on 5th March 2013 but there has been no update till now. The status shows that my aplication is "under processing".

There has been no update regarding Medical request as well.

We have applied for ICT WP + Spouse OWP on 1st Apr, AOR on 2nd Apr. No updates received after that. VFS Canada status shows "under processing".

Naanku / Rajesh / Punjabi, did any of you receive / complete ur medical formalities???

No Updates from CHC New Delhi as of now

There are no updates from NDVO for folks with work permit applications for 2 weeks now, did they pend these processings for a while concentrating on student permits and others?

Hope our number comes soon..

Is CWP always Intra-company transfer (ICT)? Can there be CWP which is not ICT?

If a CWP is not ICT then it may be LMO based.

My two friends who submitted for same work permit a week later than me has received there visas last week.
Do know on what basis they are processing the visas.

Hi Guys!

My status changed! pls find below

Passport released by the Canadian High Commission, 7/8 SHANTIPATH, CHANKYAPURI, -, NEW DELHI, Pin:110021, Tel: on 04/07/2013 and is in Transit.

Exactly took 2 months

ICT applied on 3rd MAY 2013 alone with medical, received at high commission, delhi on 5th May 2013. Today my status changed and i have received a seperate mail to my mail id. " its says my Visa is approved for one year"

Thank god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks you all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys.

I am Rishi Patel
I am currently working as a supervisor in subway restaurant. I have applied for my wife's OWP from new delhi. We received the letter for medical exam. But After 25 days i also received a call from CHC New delhi at my work place to inquire.

They asked few questions and i replied them accordingly. But I dont know why they called after 25 days?

I hope u guys can clear my doubts. As my employer is Also with the same surname as i do. They might have doubt that i am doing a fake job. But in real i only know my boss as my employer. I have no relations with him.
