I may not be able to give you a logical explanation to my answer.
if you are looking for the answer - is there any possibility of not getting AOR after DD has been encashed - YES; its possible.

All it tells is that your application is being processed.

There are a lot of people whose DDs have been encashed and were not given AOR, rather a new/fresh DD was sent as refund in few weeks.

I just could know that my DD was encached on 14th of August, so at least I know that the opened my applications.

Any news there??? Here is still nothing, just I knew about encaching.

You know I think (maybe I am worng), if they would refuse they wouldn't encache, or not? Please if you know about that, let me know.

They start encashing you DD before reviewing your eligibility.
So yes they enchash in all cases, but give you a refund in case of rejection.
 
Hey firends. I got my AOR today morning. Now I am required to submit my final application in 120 days. I am so gladddddddd!!!!!

I sent on 25th June and it reached there on 2nd July.

But no reply yet.

meena my application sent on 7th July, DD encashed 17th August, email recvd on 1st Sept.

The email is frm FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office

The subject : Application for permanent residence in Canada
 
You are from New Delhi, Indis or some other location..
