Applications Processing times- Are these Genuine

Hi everyone,

I would like to understand are these processing times accurate which are being displayed online. Also I have just extended my study permit and now I have applied for "TRV Within Canada" even though my visitor visa is still valid until June 2022
1.will I be able to travel outside Canada and come back for stamping once passport is requested( obviously) before my current visa expires).
2. Will I be able to exit and get my visa stamped from India once passport is requested for "stamping"

Can we reach out to MP if we have been waiting for 8 months for visitor visa when the online processing time shows as 31 days?
