TRV from within Canada

Hi,

I am on closed WP living in Canada for past 9 months, however, the visa stamping on my passport has expired in March 2023. I am aware that I wont be able to travel outside Canada and re-enter without applying for the TRV. My question is what is the process for applying for the TRV from withing Canada, so I can travel outside Canada and return?
