Hey there
For us, we knew the medicals were going to expire, but we waited for them to notify us. This was via email, and they actually emailed us the form to take to the dr. They used one of the pictures we were required to send on our initial Pkg, and attached that on to a form- I forget the number- the medical form, and that's what my husband took. Once they receive the medical from the dr, it takes a couple mths before you hear from them. In our case it was to go for an interview in Pretoria which was not long or intense at all.
Meds can't be extended from what I understand. You're kind of at their mercy so even though it is super expensive to get it done, you have to do it
Hang in there, it is ridiculously long to wait, it took us almost 2 yrs, and they even lost his first medical and took no blame for it....as cliche as it sounds, it will be over and you will b together one day. Good luck and hope it goes quicker for you!!

Still No reply since I sent my Police clearance to them which they requested and i sent the following day. Its aready been 8 weeks.
Also its been a year now since my medicals were done which was in nov 2013 so does that mean I have
to re-do them? Or do i have to wait for them to tell me to go and do them again? Are they valid for a year?
does re-doing them apply in every case?
can anyone share their experience?
