Applications in both Paper based and Express entry

Hey,

I am having two CIC accounts with different emails but for sure same personal details
for paper based (BC PNP nominated) and express entry.
I opened two acounts as there is no possibility to start express entry application as soon as you connected your paper base application to your cic profile.

Now I received invitation for express entry (yahooo!!!!! I was waiting 8 months for paper based and it looks like movements their faster than before but still not less than 14 months, so I have hope for express entry)
and I am asked in my application whether I've applied for PR before - I believe I DO need to specify my paper based application, correct?

Hello!

I'm in the same situation as you and I was wondering what your answer was for the question "Do you have Nomination certificate from your province?". As per my knowledge, if you have the paper based nomination (AINP - non express entry) from your province, then you can't get the extra score for the nomination anyways, so the answer should be "No". It would be great if you could let me know what you put down for this question in your profile!

I put in express entry No for provincial nomination as to go with provincial nomination we should had chosen another stream for province with EE at the end
