Hi,

See if you put divorce you will need to show the documents which you dont have, i would say just tick it never married and give it a go because you dont have any other option then just leaving it on GOD that they dont check with the Ireland tax office. And by putting anything else means more documents and more problems rest is with you.

thanks saki...ur getting near to my point like Jes_on. well, saki..actually i submitted the marriage cert. to tax office which was just on papers not true...and it showed that i was married in pakistan...now, i can do the same by making the divorce papers..but not sure whether will they verify or not..that situation should i go with never married ....pls advise saki..

In my personal opinion if i was you i would put "never married" firstly my believe is that canadian immigration wont check anything with the ireland taxation office unless you show them that they owe you money and you are counting that towards your proof of funds, second thing is that your taxation information is very personal and ireland cannot diclose that to anyone, thirdly why would canadian immi will check anything with taxation office? they do security checks and for that they will contact the ireland police authorites not the taxation office. You were a student in Ireland and is not a citizen of ireland right ?
Its just the way i think maybe i am wrong but i would say "show never married" or if you can really provide a legal divorce paper and sure that you will not get caught then go for it.

Hi,

Smoking is not a big problem unless you are really effected from it. They check for major diseases which could have a high cost effect on the canadian medical so no problem for smoking.

Dear Saki...i m filling form electronically in adobe reader. but for some question it needs space like "Gujranwala board of intermediate and secondary education" how should i fix it up in the short space in the form....and regarding mailing the application should i put all the forms in the A4 size envelope and label it with addressess.....awaiting..

You can use seperate sheets for further details. Dont forget to to mention applicant`s name and form name and number on top of extra sheets you use.

Hi,

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier..as haral said use the seperate sheet and also if size is not fitting in just put the name in the simple A4 word sheet and attach that with it as an extra sheet with all the qualification details.

1. in the schedule 1 it asks about activity so what should i write for short courses like 3 or 4 months computer certs.
2. in the extra sheet should i write in block capitals or case sensitive the original application is in block capitals
3. the issuing degree university is different fromt the city the education conducted so which one to be written in the schedule 1 form where it asks about "name of the institution"

Just put the starting and ending date of the courses does not matter how short they were and put the name of the certificate
and institution you did it from.

2. in the extra sheet should i write in block capitals or case sensitive the original application is in block capitals
Write everything in block letters as its preffered and looks more clearer.

Put the name of the institution where education was conducted as this is where you attended and done all the studies.

and wat abt..intermediate as i ve done at college at myhome city but the cert. comes from gujranwala board (other city) same is the case with bachelor of arts i have done privately but the univeristy comes from punjab.

Yes if you were not working then just put the name of short courses/training you had at that time.

For intermediate you will put the name of you city where you studied not Gujranwala. And for private bachelors you will put just prviate as i assume you did it as a private candidate.

By electronically only the name in my language i wrote with pen.
