I also have biometrics from my visitor visa and the number is shown in the applicant portal. But it is not shown completed. I have applied for study permit on 22 December 2020 and review has also started on 25th March. I want to ask that whether in your case biometrics were shown completed kn gckey.

Some people have this same problem which seems like a technical glitch. You can try raising a webform.

We have almost similar timeline, where did you apply from ? SDS or Regular ? My review has still not started.

I have already raised a webform but no response. My file is SDS. I have applied from India.

No. I just opened my gckey March 10 morning and saw that it changed, the eligibility is being reviewed.
As far as I know, they really don’t send email notification for the commencement of eligibility review.
