Hi Wonderlost.. Thanks.. i posted it.. let's see what other are thinking..

hey guys! my application was received on sept. 20, 2011 for noc 3152 -- on the same day that the cic updated their website that cap has been reached! i'm really really hoping that i was able to make it...

Hi dear, Your application reached on Sept 20 will be processed at least after 45 days. At the moment CIC is working on applications that are reached on 3rd week of July. Hence i dont think that your application is one among those 500 cap. Im really sorry to inform you about this. I am worried about my case also as it reached CIC on Sept 09 and cap (NOC 0631) already reached almost 200.

Hey Guys,
Any idea about NOC 3111 has it been capped?
thanks

You are right they are working in charging process of third week of july but for the qeue and ER view may be they are in the 2nd week of August which they considered in the CAP.

oh...ok. too bad. btw, how'd you know the're still processing applications sent on the 3rd week of July?

HI Zeezai, there are so many members here whose applications were reached CIC on July 19 and 20, there CC got charged just yesterday!!!

But did u make sure that application only fall in CAP after successful charging ?

Mel, the strange part is there are ppl whose credit cards had been charged, then later on, there applications are rejected due to CAP filled. This is something which i really dont understand.. Why dont they just charge only those who are with in the CAP and whose applications will be processed further rather than charging first and then refunding!!!

In this case the rejection not because of CAP reached but because CIO after that they make points calculation and if they found the score is less than 67 so they will reject their application

Hi Vinod,

Mel is right. Those rejections are not because of CAP rchd. I have following those comment very closely.

We hav applied under NOC 0631 as well. My hubby is the principal applicant. Our application rchd on 14th Sep. Much later than yours. Still praying and keeping our fingers crossed.

It's really frightening. But I wonder how there were SO MANY applications for MI3. For MI2 according to my knowledge, the CAP was filled only in April.

Anyway......

Guys I made statistics for our spreadsheet u see the total no of application sent is 203 which divided as follow:

150 applications sent in July.
35 applications sent in August.
18 applications sent in september.

I think the no. of applications within cap will slow down with time as the rush time was in July.

What do you think am I right?
