Hi melkhatib.. i need ur advise on one morething.....
i have my mothers real brother in canada and he is a canadian citizen and he gave his utility bill, passport copy, ssn copy and national medical card copy. Canadian passport does not have the parents name nor does the ssn number. The only place where the parents name is their is the canadian medical card. now the problem is my mothers 10th passing certificate and Bachelors certificate only has her fathers name. She doesnt have a birth certificate. So i got a affidavit done from public notary stating my mother's name, dob and her parents name along with the siblings name.. Would that be enough proof.

secondly to my previous post.. please advise if my application will fall within the cap....

Yes dear about mother's document it's fine they will accept it CIO looking for official document showing relationship so for you it's ok and about the cap u'll cut it as completeness check takes maximum one month from the date of delivery and in this case u'll be counted in the cap and go for next stage the eligibility review so suppose ur application will reach tomorrow so at the first week of November u'll be within cap and then wait for ER and charging stage good luck bro.
