Any one who has paid Right of Permanent residence fee, will like to guide me that is there any form which is also filled and submitted along with bank draft like "Fee Payment Form" which is filled at the time of submitting bank draft for initial application processing fee, or I shall just have to submit just copy of bank draft as an evidence for payment of Right of Permanent residence fee to Visa office.
The following webpage says "Note: Complete the Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 5620) and include it with your application to the CIO."... "Each application from a principal applicant must include a fee payment form. This form must include the fees for the principal applicant and any accompanying family members."

However, the form IMM 5620 has pre-written amount that is for the initial application fee (for CIO Sydney NS).

So, this form can not be used for payment for RPRF. Which form should I use to send along with the Bank Draft?

Also, congratulations to Cay_sha on the medical update. I guess other VOs are adding the meds rcvd line after an average of 7 weeks now?!!!
All the best to everyone anyway, hope we have a lot of good news in the forum this week. Especially since the NOCs haven't changed and so most likely neither will the priority!
The new batch of applicants are really going to have to scurry, in particular the 1122s! I'm going to make a wild guess and say this NOC will be filled come September 1st!

I am delighted to tell you that some time between 11pm last night and 10am this morning our status change to DECISION MADE!!! Saturday morning seems a strange time for ECAS to update, but we're not complaining! :
"We received your application for permanent residence on August 30, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 15, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 15, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
The main status and the detail both say decision made. No emails regarding PPR so we're going to wait for the postman this morning, otherwise I am guessing (hoping) we will get PPR next week?
