Like Katy said, they don't have access to your application and can not do anything but to suggest you to wait, I have gone through this with almost the same problem (a much more disastrous one though), and have called them for about 4 or 5 times. Believe it or not, in some cases it was me who gave them some info about the system!
Anyway you won't lose anything by giving it a try, but I just wanted to tell you not to count on these CIC guys much!

My work schedule has changed and it is hard to keep up with this wonderful thread!! I now have my PCC, bank draft and chest xray, awaiting medical....

And one other possible solution could be sending them a fax to this number (902) 270-3561. PLEASE NOTE THIS FAX IS ONLY FOR ADDRESS CHANGES. You could still put together a brief note about your problem and fax it to the above-metioned number. You will need to mention your full name,DOB, country of origin, date of submission,courier name and its tracking number in this letter. Please don't forget to put "URGENT" on the top of the page.

yes, i think i am the only one and i hope no one else need it in future. And worst part is I really dont know what is wrong, because evrything was fine and none of my family members have any medical problems.

So hold on, CHC are requiring a further medical, presumably because of some kind of medical concern for you or one of your family members, but the doctors will not tell you what it is?

I thought legally they have to tell you? Surely even CHC bureaucracy will not stand in the way of someone finding out if something is wrong with their health?
