bad news , cause my situation is exactly similar to yours, would you please do me a favor and tell me all the information regarding to this matter.
I prepared 2 official letters from my university. one was about the exact number of courses and its subjects I passed for Bachelor degree and Master degree. and the another one was the explanation made by the university that in Iran the continuous architecture program is rewarded and equaled to master degree.
did you prepared these kinds of letters or not?
kind regards

Wayne,
Did you send am email to London VO or did you update using the following URL
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/update-how_mettre-comment.aspx?lang=eng#email

If you used the email, can you kindly let me know about it?
Cheers and thank you for your help.

Hi, we used the online form at the link you have provided.

We got a reply after a few days saying that the contents had been noted and that it was being added to the file for an immigration officer to review, but we never had any further communication about it after that. I suspect since I am not the principal applicant that they couldn't care less if my company name had changed - but I figured since they *could* perform employment verification and call my company I had better tell them that a different company name would be announced by the receptionist! :)

I think education point is not the problem. because one of those architects I mentioned before has a bachelor degree and the other with master degree has 9 points for adaptability. if points were the case CIO would reject us at the first place.

Indeed, CIO calculate points during their eligibility review and will fail an application if you have less than 67 points.

The only small danger is that it seems visa office do a small 2nd eligibility review to ensure CIO didn't make any glaring errors. I don't think they will contradict CIO's decision purely as a matter of opinion, but if they spot a categorical error made by CIO they can still fail an application.

I imagine this will only apply to absolute borderline applications.

Hi guys.

I have updated the Projections page on the spreadsheet. Current projections are for 12,472 total applications to be received by 30 June 2010.

Mine is still RBVO without address.
about 1 or 2 weeks ago we saw our address for one day and it disappeared again. After that they started processing of 2 applicants in this forum. Maybe that's a good sign my friend.

Wayne said his address came back again on the same day they issued his medical form. that's another good sign.
At least it means they are doing something with your file and it's not left alone somewhere.

Mari

Many Congratulations... :)
Hope to see your VISA approved soon!

Hi guys.

Since we only have a couple of months left until the 1st July, with probably some points matrix changes and possibly some NOC changes in the in-demand list, we're going to have to start thinking about what we're doing with the current spreadsheet.

Since the projections will need to be totally reset and I am unsure how the extra rules will affect timelines - my thoughts are that it would be better to start a new spreadsheet for >J2011 applicants. We should also probably stop using ">J26" as an abbrieviation. I was thinking:

<F2008 - for describing pre-Feb-2008 applicants
>F2008 - for describing applicants who applied between February 2008 and 26th June 2010
>J2010 - for describing applicants who applied between 26th June 2010 and 30th June 2011
>J2011 - for describing applicants who applied between 1st July 2011 and 30th July 2011

Then >J2012 and so on!

Sorry, just a bit bored at work and thinking ahead :) Wondering when CIC will announce the new rules for next year, although I suspect they will wait until 1st July itself.
