Naaaaaa. Just want the thing to be over with. Hanging "In Process" for long doesn't look good. \

I am in favor of one on one interview for all (if that makes the process faster). If you are clean (as Nirma) what is the fuss about getting interviewed (done a lot of time when getting a Job, this is PR).

I think I am the only one in 1122 "In Process" who hasn't heard anything from VO

Hi guys, I would like to ask for an opinion in my case. I am a 3111/3112 applicant, I am both a General practitioner Physician and a specialist physician. Last week I received an email from my VO and scheduled for interview on the last week of may. I am baffled why, so I thought about the JDs that I submitted. As 3112, I have been a cnontractual employee since 2005 meaning I spend 2 hours a day for 6 days a week only, then after that I would spend the rest of the day going to different clinics as a specialist. I provided them with the contract as GP and provided them with the corresponding job description, now for the specilaist side, I dont have contract, so I provided them only with "certificate of affiliation" duly signed by either the owner of the clinic or the officer in charge for doctors affiliation and stated there my jobs as a specialists and my clinic schedules which are varying in time and day for each clinic. I am now thinking that this might be the one that they will make clarifications on me, I am just spending 12 hours a week of paid part time job when they require us to have at least 37 hours of paid work either part time or full time. But as a specialist, I spend more as I am also on call in case of emergency plus the time I spend on the clinics for each hospitals.

You have touched a good point. If I were to be a VO, I will definitely look into the category vis a vis IELTS score. And 1122 category requires greater emphasis on communication skills.

On the other hand i am not satisfied that IELTS is a good benchmark to learn abilities of the concerned party. I know lot of learned (PhD in literature, MD's ) who have scored less in IELTS but are no less in everyday interaction.

But your point is Valid in the case of NDVO as INDIA happens to be a place where everything and anything can be "MANAGED"

CIO will most probably update "Total complete applications received since June 26, 2010" next Monday/tuesday & number of applicants for NOC 0631 will be around 980 8)

And yes, Dr.Hasib can see all those lottery numbers which he will never flash in public ;D
