Congrats to all who received PER,2 AOR, MR requests and wishing you all the best!

@Anil,

Glad to see that you got MR/PCC/PRF request! Congrats and wish you smooth sailing ahead!

I am worried now. Why it is taking so long to issue medicals for other applicants? It is more than a month now since they issued my 2nd AOR.

Yet another day of waiting...

But they're your representative?

It means you sent document for them and they will apply for you? Is that's right?

Because in this case you need refuse your representative (when you apply, have repesentative form you have to sign attch with your documents) then you can change all the informations directly to you.

You can check in CIC website

a little confused that your representative is based in canada and you are in India? secondly not advisable to change the representative at this stage and why? if everything is well between the representative and the applier then why?

Rohan2010 want they sent 2nd AOR directly not through lawyer.

And the same question is why you want to change incase you have to paid fee for your representative also.

VO for applicants residing in Canada(If you are residing in Canada for atleast 1 year) should be Buffalo,USA not New Delhi

Documents in MR (ND VO) - 2

Dear Friends .................

- Five (5) passport-sized photos for each person being examined
-The negative of a passport-size photograph for each person to be examined (preferably the negative of a black and
white photograph you submitted with your application)...........................
Sincerely

Immigration Section

PS: THIS IS A VALID COMPUTER GENERATED LETTER NOT REQUIRING ANY SIGNATURE

Dear Anil,
Many thanks for posting this. Regarding the photographs and the negative, do we have to send recent photographs with old negative (used for application) or old photographs and negative used in application?

Documents in MR (ND VO) - 3
Dear Friends
I have typed and posted the whole document that I have received except Section A (Medical Forms). Finally the registered letter (with electronic stamp of Rs 37.00..... :P) was like this -
(1) Contained Documents in MR (ND VO) - 1 - 1 page
(2) Contained Documents in MR (ND VO) - 2 - 4 pages (back to back 2)+ 1 page showing the list of DMPs in India, Nepal & Bhutan.
(3) Medical Forms (Section A) - 4 Forms (PA+ Family). Each form has got the individual details + photograph pasted with CHC seal stamped + empty spaces to be filled by DMP + space for the DMP to sign.
(4) Immigration Cost Recovery Fee - Effective October 12, 2009 -- A sheet showing the various types of fees (in CAD & Eq. INR) for various categories. For us it will be RPRF - Rs 21,440 or CAD 490
But there was NO brochure / details about the CIIP, though it is mentioned in their letter (Sl# 2 above).
Cheers, Anil

Thanks Anil for all these efforts :) This is the greatest strength of this thread :)

I'm waiting for the day to see these documentation with our names on it :) 8)

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

this is wot i found in EG7
Visa Office requested for the processing of your application: You must select and
write the name of the Visa Office which serves:
 your country of nationality; or
 the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to
that country for at least one year
this says either i can apply my country of nationality (India) or Canada (Buffalo) ? If any body lives in Canada and applied to NewDelhi or a foreign visa office please share your experience..

Dear Friends,
I got a registered post from NewDelhi VO asking me to submit my medicals, Original Passports, Fee, PCC & POF. The deadline given is April 25th.
I am planning to do my medical test at KIMS Hospital, Trivandrum which is in the given list and near for me.
Someone pls assist me in the payment of fees. What are the modes of payments possible at ND.
Can I take a DD in INR? If so, to whom it may payable to? Can It be a ICICI bank DD?

Congrats Trial Ends on your Medicals :) What is the date printed on your forms? Also your ECAS status please..

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.
