Finally, someone from CIO sent you PER.

PER rec. on 24th Feb 2011, and you got it today!!!...i must say, email is slower than regular mail..lol

hahahaha....i know it sounds weird...

Actually...what happened was...CIO had sent me the PER on 24th Feb....but for some reason I didnt get it....I had sent a query to them...which they replied after 18 days asking me to confirm if I have I received their email....then I replied and informed them that I havent...so now after another 10 days or so...they sent me a copy of the PER !!!!!

Wohoooooooooooo.......again !!!!!

Sorry if this offends you but I personally don't think it is a good Idea to include your full name on an open forume mate.

If your application was sent by snail mail, one can assume that it would have reached CIO about the 2nd week of January, so if everything is in order you should get the outcome of the eligibility review within the next couple of days. My app was received at CIO on January 12th, so your might not be too from mine too.

You can request the tracker admin to add you to the list so you can keep track of your progress like the rest of us.

well, i did not receive my medical request through for 4 weeks. so i sent an email to the canadian embassy, stating that the mail may have been lost. so they called me up, and ask the medical request package be picked up at the embassy. so that's what i did. I picked it up Mar 10.

by the way, i came to know of feb 7 for my MR, because I initially asked our embassy when they sent my medical request, and that feb 7 is what they told me.

I was actually worried 'cause I have not heard from CIO yet ...
May I ask if you did something specific to shake them a little bit or did you just wait?
Also, did you receive your PER by email or post mail?

I got it via email...i guess the best thing to do is wait....and if u feel that too much time has passed by...then send them an email...cos they take time in replying...they took 18 days to reply to my first email and then another 10 days on my other email !!!

if all goes well, they told me they will send it 2 weeks.

by the way, medical request has a deadline of 60 days. since i did not receive my package for a month, and had to pick up a new copy after that, they gave me 30 days to complete it..
